  • Monthly maintenance for your web site is $24.95 or $134.73 for 6 months.
  • Hourly Labor is $61.02, minimum 15 minutes. Email is the preferred form of communication and the updates by email are the most cost effective for you the client.
  • Invoices are sent by US Mail and email immediately after work is performed. Work should be checked at this time for correctness. Inaccuracies from previous billing periods could possibly be billed again to correct.
  • Invoicing is done by FreshBooks where you can check your balances on-line and pay by credit card.
  • You can pay by PayPal or send a check in the mail. To pay by PayPal just go to www.paypal.com and send money to d.a.shaver@dashaver.com
  • You will receive email receipts for all payments

Web Site Maintenance Accounts Include:

  • Daily back ups to your web site
  • Software updates as needed
  • Domain name of your choice depending availability
  • 50 email accounts, set up included
  • Separate web mail for each email address or you can download to Outlook or other program
  • Your own web site control panel
  • Webalizer Web Stats
  • AWStats (Real Time Updates)
  • File Manager to update your website

For new accounts maintenance will begin when the account is set up, costs will be prorated until the first of the next month. Except for semi annual maintenance accounts, invoices are sent the first of every month for the previous months services.

Refunds can only be made for unused items. Service is provided in advance of payment for all items except for 6 months hosting which will depend on the portion used.

Set up or domain name transfer is $67.04 and is non-refundable

Your web site is not a work for hire and unless other arrangements are made invoices should be paid monthly. Terms are net 30 days 2% finance charge per month after 30 days. Accounts in excess of 90 days overdue may be subject to suspension. Suspended accounts are not visible on the Internet and may loose emails or other files. There may be up to a $99 fee in addition to overdue amounts to restore a suspended account.
